Painting is our number one game. The scope of our painting service includes:

WALL PREP - repair and priming, where necessary

TWO FINISH COATS - necessary for full color saturation and to validate manufacturer's warranty

CAULKING-IN - of trim and cabinetry, where applicable 

CLEAN TRIM -trim is left as paint-free as we found it or we will remove as many of previous painters' "uh-oh's" as our clients request

 

Paint is one of the most efficient vehicles for bringing significant change to the ambience of a room. This is why we work so closely with our clients to create and execute a color transformation that will not only refresh, but also enhance, any area of their living or work space.    

    

Although painting is our main game, the Ducks have other skills for the surface transformation of your spaces:

Every successful painting project begins with color selection. Many clients have a clear and definite plan of what will be going into their spaces. But for many others, choosing colors is the most challenging aspect of all.

 

This is why, as yet another part of our painting service, the Ducks offer our many years of color consultation to assist clients in making just the right choices.

 

Starting with "What colors make you happy?", we guide our clients through the selection process. Pointing out the importance of color flow from area to area, while taking into account fixed items such as flooring, trim, cabinetry and counters, we help them discover the perfect hues to complement every space.

 

We then apply swatches of the choices to the walls so the colors can be obseved in natural light throughout the day as well under artificial light at night. Making sure the color is right is the first critical step to a finished product that will be enjoyed for years to come.
